Cher Alderson, VT1100 Tour

I just wanted to say "Thank You" :-)  I know this is way passed due, but better late then never?  I'm REALLY enjoying my 1998 Honda Shadow Ace that I bought from you back in May :-)  I've put on more then 3500 K's so far and looking SO FORWARD to driving it to Nova Scotia at the end of July :-)

She handles like a dream!!  Better then my Honda 650 Custom, which is still for sale.  I've named the Shadow "Tinker Bell".  It is sometimes tempermental, especially on warm ups hahahaha.  But once she's going, she flies!  No problem in passing, and absolutely NO problem keeping up with the big boys on the wings either!  She actually get's somewhat sulky on the rides home, and is very hesitant on being put in her "lantern" better known as the "bike shed" ;-)

Also, Randy is having a ball with his 1500 Wing he bought from you too :-)

Here's to safe and happy riding!  And a warm thank you for treating me like a "lady" :-)  Ciaooooo

Brenda Thistle, 2000 GL1500 Lehman Trike

Just to let you folks know I love my trike.  I hated to part with my Burgman but after riding the trike for a week I think I made the right choice.  Glen Minshall in sales, was very helpful and patient in explaining how the bike worked, assisted me in test rides and not pushy in the least. Don who actually built the trike was also helpful explaining when to bring it in for service, answered my questions and took the time to show me where things on the bike were and how they worked.  Going from a Burgman to a 1500 Goldwing Trike was the best move I made.

I can throughly recommend dealing with Lindsay Cycle.  From the top guy John on down, all were very professional and experienced in their knowledge of bikes, trikes and equipment .  So go fulfil your dream and get your bike or trike at Lindsay Cycle.  It's only money!!

Hello Eric:, (Re: Honda snow blower model HS928CD, Note: Not client in photo.)

Just a short note to let you know how pleased I am with the recent purchase of a Honda snowblower from Lindsay Cycle.

An excellent machine typical of all Honda products. I have owned, actually still own, most of the 'Hondas' I have had over the years. Those purchased and /or seviced at your shop are all excellent machines.

I have a 5hp Honda garden tiller that is now about 21 years old, still has the original sparkplug, and almost always will start right up on the first pull. I normally would change a sparkplug(s) on a yearly basis, but I am 'testing that particular model'! ---for endurance reasons.

The snowblower works perfect, as you said it will move far more snow than machines with a much larger engine. It runs much quieter, and less fuel burned.

The hydrostatic transmission is just perfect, nudge the lever and the machine responds with just the perfect speed for the depth and type of snow.

For those out there who are shy of the track drive, don't be, they work perfect. The tracks allow the machine to move across any number of frozen and uneven surfaces with hardly a bump or lurching motion. Afterall, snowmobiles have tracks, not wheels!!!

A "Canadian built model", (brand name withheld) :-) now deceased, after only 3 winters, of average use, felt like a 1 hour long car crash after using it. It would yank my arms out of the sockets, and I would be soaked in sweat trying to keep it under control, and in a straight line. Chute would frequently clog with anything that was white in colour.

In 3 years, it burnt out the starter motor, key swtich wires rotted off, a main transmission bearing siezed, reverse no longer worked, the chute broke, and this winter the connecting rod wanted to look outside, so it made a nicely rounded hole in the crankcase for visiblity reasons. Just before it decided to look outside it gave a short warning sound for about 2 seconds, then announced its arrival with that familiar "BANG", never to be heard by a Honda owner. Oil in the deceased was always changed at the start of winter, midwinter and spring as it started to warm up, when there was still some snow to move.

Another pleased Honda buyer, I'll be back.

5hp tiller (present) 2hp outboard (present) on an Argo 40hp outboard (present) pontoon boat earlier 350 Honda scrambler(gone) 1978 Goldwing (gone), but still running well. 1997 Valkyrie (present)

None of the above machines would ever make a person scratch their head and say "what th-----&*&%^*$":

-Best Regards, Jonathan and Olga
